How long does my listing stay up?
30 days from the day you post. It runs the full window whether you fill the role on day 2 or day 29.
What happens when it expires?
The listing comes down and moves to your archive. Still hiring? Repost it for another 30 days.
Do you offer subscriptions or bundles?
No. One flat fee per listing — that's the whole pricing model. Pay when you're hiring, nothing when you're not.
Is Floral Talent a staffing agency? Do you vet candidates?
No, and we don't pretend to. We're where floral pros list their work and you reach them directly. Every profile shows real portfolio work, and a paid working interview is still the community's vetting standard — we make finding people easier, we don't replace your judgment.
Why only one listing type right now?
We're in beta and keeping it simple: one role listing, one price. Shorter event and gig listings are coming — for now, this covers a standard role.
What payment methods do you accept?
Any major card, handled securely through Stripe. You pay once, at checkout, when you post.
